How To Check/Test
Model 5: Check date and time. See Model 5 Set Date and Time
Model T: Check date and time. See Model T Set Date and Time

Solution Level 1 (< 5 minutes)
Model 5:
1. Verify the date and time (UTC) are correct. See Model 5 Set Date and Time
2. Restart the cimel_https_connect.exe program.

Model T:
1. Verify the date and time (UTC) are correct. See Model T Set Date and Time
2. Synchronize the GPS. See Model T GPS Synchronization

Solution Level 2 (more involved)
Model 5: N/A

Model T:
1. Reseat the GPS antenna and make sure it is fully seated to the control box port. See seated GPS antenna
2. Check the GPS wire connection inside the control box. See Model T Internal Connections
3. Run the GPS synchronization again. See Model T GPS Synchronization
